I love connecting with practitioners to talk through what you do, how you support your clients, and where custom herbal blends may fit or not. These calls are exploratory and relational, not sales-driven or tied to a rigid package.
From there, collaboration can stay simple or evolve over time. Some practitioners reach out for occasional formulation support, while others prefer more consistent collaboration or periodic check-ins.

About the Formulator
Blends by the Shore was founded by Lauren Cranmer, RN, Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, and HTMA Specialist.
Lauren’s background is rooted in clinical care, with the majority of her nursing career spent in fertility and women’s health. Her work with herbal formulations is informed by functional nutrition training, mineral balancing principles, and ongoing education in herbal safety and formulation.
She creates foundational, nourishing blends designed to support consistency, ritual, and gentle physiologic support , not to diagnose or treat disease. Individualized or therapeutic herbal use is intended to be guided by the practitioner.
