About Blends by the Shore

Blends by the Shore was created by Lauren Cranmer, Fertility RN + Certified Holistic Nutritionist, a mom and breast cancer while pregnant survivor, with a passion for health and healing.

The very first batch of elderberry syrup was made for Lauren’s daughter when she was unable breastfeed; blending care, nourishment, and hope into something tangible.

Each product is handcrafted in small batches using organic ingredients that support immune health, balance, and everyday wellness.

What began as a mother’s act of love has grown into a cozy coastal space for teas, syrups, and herbal comforts all made with intention, heart, and healing.
